Ms. Ivanoska has a diverse professional portfolio, encompassing roles such as Manager, Education and Training Specialist, Trainer, Mentor, and Consultant in Talent Management within the ICT sector. With 15 years of experience in non-formal education and entrepreneurship programs, she has made significant contributions to addressing workforce development challenges in the field.
For the past decade, Ms. Ivanoska has served as the Director of Qinshift Academy (formerly Seavus Education and Development Center and Seavus Accelerator). She is currently, the Deputy President of the Management Board at MASIT - the ICT Chamber of Commerce.
Her recent focus has been on early talent discovery, development, and management within the ICT industry. She has initiated andled the creation of many advanced education programs within the Qinshift Academy portfolio - including Specialized IT Academies, Business Simulator, Tech Startups Acceleration Program, Children’s STEM Education academy as well other Digital Transformation projects and initiatives.
Ms. Ivanoska holds a BA in Law from the Law Faculty, JustinianI, UKIM, Skopje, Macedonia, and an Executive MBA in General Management from the International University of Sheffield, UK.
