Mila Josifovska Danilovska is an experienced Programme Manager at Metamorphosis Foundation for Internet and Society in North Macedonia, specializing in social accountability and human rights online.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in English language and literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, she has a proven track record of over 10 years in civil society, focusing on non-formal education, digital transformation, institutional openness, youth work, and human rights online.
She has extensive experience in leading projects, programs and initiatives at local, national, regional and across Europe level, while her work spans capacity-building for CSOs, public institutions, media professionals, and activists in areas such as non-formal education, social accountability, digital transformation, human rights online, youth work, volunteering, intercultural dialogue, etc.
She is passionate about empowering citizens through fact-based research and civic-centered technology, advocating for ‘tech for good’—technology that is accessible, transparent, and inclusive, designed to reflect the needs of diverse communities. Mila envisions a world where engaged citizens use innovative tools to hold governments accountable and shape a more connected, equitable society.
